Google Gold

1)    Some activities that I did for each blog post to pursue search engine optimization was share my blog post link with everyone that was interested in my business concept, I also shared my blog post link with the people I interviewed and gave me feedback. Sharing, my blog post link with the people I would write comments on would also be an approach to search engine optimization.
2)    Some keywords I used were ENT, UF blog post, entrepreneurship. I used these keywords because they were the closest to the class and to my blog post. I did not change or refined my keywords because they cover the overall class spectrum.
3)    I did not use social media to enhance my search engine optimization. I do not have or use social media. I would think that using social media to enhance the SEO would be a great way to promote the blog post site. I think that the blog site would get a lot more comments and feedback thus making the blog site more appealing to the public. I think social media would be receptive of people’s blog because there are so many people that can have access to the blog that when one person finds it interesting it turns into a chain of more and more people commenting and sharing it.
4)    My most “viral” post was the free money assignment. I think this blog post obtained the most traffic because it was something people wanted to see the public’s reaction. It was an assignment that you would see in youtube but never really think about doing yourself. Another reason could be because for some people it was out of their comfort zone that they decided to see other people’s blogs.

5)    Unfortunately, since the keywords were so broad I did not make it to the first page of google results. Using those keywords I made it to the last pages of google results.

  1. Hi Daniela! I really liked reading your post. It’s great that you added a relevant picture too! It caught my attention, for sure. It’s interesting that you don’t have social media. It may pose a challenge when it comes to promoting your product, but it can also help, I think, because you’ll be tackling it differently. 2. Hi Daniela,

Great post! I also used similar keywords like Ent and uf blog post to help specify the search. I think it's interesting that the free money assignment was your most viral post. It makes sense because it appealed to the public. My most viral post was identifying local opportunities probably because they are also opportunities that pertain to other Gainesville residents. Here's the link to my blog post if you'd like to check it out:
