My Exit Strategy

1) I intend to protect the venture as a family business and pass it down to my children.
2) I would take this approach because it will be something I strongly believe in and will put in a lot of effort and time to create. Eventually, it will become a part of me and it will be very hard to let go.
3) My exit strategy has influenced other decisions I have identified as an opportunity because it makes me go that extra mile. I would not only be thinking about the success of the business but also building some to pass on to my kids.

  1. Hey Daniela. Nice work on this assignment. I think it is cool how you plan to protect the venture and pass it down as a family business to your children. I also think it is important and helpful to think of building a business rather than making money. 2. Hi Daniela!
I like that you are passionate about your company enough to having the desire to keep it within your family and pass it down. Having something that you worked so hard on and then sharing that with future generations is something special so I can see why you would choose to do that. Good luck with finals! 3. Hello Daniela,

I think you're on the right track to success, and I like that you're thinking about your future generations! I, personally, don't plan on doing that. I want to create an app based business that I can eventually turn around to sell to a larger company for a large profit. If the app really took off, then I might consider keeping it a number of years, but I'd rather teach my children how to become a success on their own than rely on me. Overall, great job and keep up the good work this semester!
