1)
1) What makes me different from other people is that I am very
sincere and I try to be straight forward with people.
2)
I have a shy demeanor, but
I am passionate about other people and I will do whatever I can to help
someone in need.
3)
I believe actions speak
louder than words and I have a hard time expressing my feelings to people, but I
always go the extra mile or do the small things to show them that I care.
4)
I try to be unbiased and
sympathetic when handling a situation and try to place myself in the person’s
shoes. I always try to make them see both sides to a story and even though the
truth hurts, I believe it is always better to tell them the truth than to try
and protect them with a lie.
5)
I am the type of person
that always has the best intentions of people. I would not try to
intentionally hurt other people or sabotage them to get an advantage. It is not
in my being to be spiteful or envious of others.
2)
My first interview
was my friend Shanice. We met at a previous job and become friends after that.
Some key takeaways she mentioned are that I am a hand working individual and
that I am shy but once you get to know I am fun to be around.
My second
interview was my friend Lauren. We also met at a previous job and become friend
working together. Some key takeaways she mentioned are that she sees me as a
trustworthy and honest person.
My third
interview is my friend PJ. We met in school and bonded over soccer. Some key
takeaways he mentioned is that he considers me sympathetic and supportive.
3) The way people see me and the way I see myself is very similar. I am shy but once I open up people could see I am also fun and a caring person. I do think I am dependable and trustworthy and all the characteristic they mentioned in the interviews. I do think the interviews are correct about me. Going back to the list in part 1 I would not go back and make corrections.
Hey Daniela, I think that there was a very consistent theme of sympathy and determination. These are great qualities to have, and I commend you on them. Having people who are close to you tell you such consistent feedback bodes well for you. It means that you are very genuine, and I really respect that. Id like to think i also have these characteristics but i used the word emotional intelligence, which it sounds like you have as well.
